Service Support Coordinator

  • Manage the Service request over ticketing system.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents.
  • Perform release deployments and maintain systems configurations
  •  Active collaboration in the improvement of support activities. 
  • Foster the agent knowledge base with Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Provide to the product teams the requirements to be able to support them accordingly.
  • Participate to monitoring & Alerting, configuration management and cccess management projects.


  • Bachelor degree in engineering, preferred in an IT or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with APIs, XML, and web security as well as in continuous deplyment based on Jekins.
  • Knowledge in Oracle, MySQL and SQL language.
  • Experience using Java language is a big plus.
  • Being communicative, proactive and business-oriented.
  • Good analytical and documentation skills are required.
  • English fluent, French is a plus.
