Tasks

  • Participation in incident resolution
  • Participation in problem management (continuous improvement)
  • Contact, coordination, coordination and follow-up of tickets with the various IT teams
  • Advice and support users Documentation

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of Business Object software is required
  • Solid knowledge in the use of databases including ORACLE, Sybase and necessarily master SQL query. Proficiency in a ticketing tool (ServiceNow and Jira would be a plus)
  • Mastery of the pack Office
  • Knowledge of standard platforms (UNIX (AIX), Linux (Redhat), IBMi Knowledge of scripting language (shell, powershell)
  • Scheduling knowledge (Autosys would be a plus)
  • ITIL knowledge
  • French is mandatory, English is a plus
