Test Manager

Tasks

  • Actively manage client relationship with appropriate communication
  • Analyze and document business requirements in close collaboration with clients and other stakeholdersy
  • Monitor and control testing activities, reporting on progress and quality level
  • Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies
  • Manage test environments (installation, baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness
  • Define Test Concept & Strategy
  • Define Test planning, Test effort and ensure adequate staffing
  • Work in an agile Team

Requirements

  • Experience in a project that contains more than 600 mandays
  • Some knowledge in Project Management
  • Amount of references in Test Management the last 4 years 
  • Experience in big companies (250 employees or more) or public companies 
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is very important
  • Experience with larger projects (more than 1,5 years and more than 10 people on the project) 
  • Experience with HP ALM is mandatory
  • Experience with Test Automation (e.g. with HP UFT or Selenium) is a good asset
  • Knowledge of Security Tests
  • Fluent German, French or Italian (C1-C2 Level)
  • Good English (B1-B2 Level)
