Distribution Planner

·       Manage finished goods planning, distribution, and allocation process to the regional warehouses, according to prioritization criteria defined by the business

·       Accountable for accurate prioritization updates in the systems

·       Ensure the customers’ demand have a reliable shipment date

·       Own maintenance of the finished goods stocking policy and related planning parameters, to secure a repeatable material (inventory management) and information flow (dates management)

·       Participate to production planning process to ensure the short-term alignment between prioritization inputs & outputs of the plants

·       Work together with Customer Service to capture orders which are off-track and work on resolution between all the stakeholders

·       Own the following KPIs: Inventory levels and distribution across our network, backorder levels, finished goods availability as per allocation plan

·       Translate complex situations into clear action


·       Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Distribution planning OR Supply Chain)

·       Proficient in Excel to perform analytics

·       MBA or Masters Degree preferred

·       APICS Certification preferred

·       Oracle knowledge and experience preferred

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Anglais C1/C2 fluent
