Short Description
Gathering, analyzing, identifying, and communicating weaknesses in business processes, organizational structures, and systems; identifying gaps and developing requirements for implementing operational solutions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop the subject-specific foundations for creating project mandates
- Analyze the overall interactions of business processes, organizational structures, IT systems, and resource usage, and identify weaknesses
- Develop proposals for optimization opportunities regarding organizational structure and workflow
- Translate business requirements into ICT requirements
- Prepare quality assurance measures according to defined requirements
- Evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications
Responsibilities with Social Interaction
- Gather, review, and document the business needs and expectations of organizational units for their project initiatives; develop solution proposals and decision-making bases based on collected requirements
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present results
- Support departments in creating requirement specifications for solution approaches that consider ergonomic system requirements
- Process change requests from clients and project committees and prepare the corresponding decision-making documentation
- Create test cases; assess and support user testing
