Gender equal pay assessment

ALTEN Switzerland has always been committed to ensure gender equality. Since inception, gender equal pay has been obvious and measurable. Each year we conduct on a voluntary basis a statistical analysis of the salaries using Logib, the Swiss federal standard analysis tool. Following scientific methods that conform to legal requirements, all calculations are based on the standardized full-time earnings in the reference month of September 2021.

The results of the analysis has been examined by an independent auditor that confirms the green result: “No gender effect”. In 2021 again, the assessment shows no salary gap between women and men.
