Unisciti al nostro team per guidare progetti complessi di infrastruttura IT e fisica, definendo scope, budget, tempistiche e risorse. Sarai responsabile dell’esecuzione e della consegna, garantendo conformità normativa e sicurezza.

Responsabilità chiave

Pianificazione e esecuzione: Sviluppare piani dettagliati per iniziative su larga scala (cloud, reti, data center).
Gestione stakeholder: Punto di riferimento per team tecnici, vendor e senior management, comunicando progressi e rischi.
Rischi e compliance: Identificare e mitigare rischi, assicurando l’aderenza a processi interni, politiche di sicurezza e regolamentazioni.
Budget e risorse: Gestire budget, tracciare costi e allocare risorse (personale, attrezzature, materiali).
Leadership: Guidare team cross-funzionali, promuovendo collaborazione e responsabilità.
Qualità e processi: Garantire l’adozione di metodologie (Agile, Waterfall), change control, UAT e trasferimento di conoscenza.

Requisiti

Esperienza di 5+ anni nella gestione di progetti IT/infrastrutturali, preferibilmente in ambito banking/finance.
Conoscenza tecnica approfondita in materia di cloud, networking, sicurezza e hardware.
Lingue: Conoscenza di italiano e inglese.

Nice to have

Certificazioni PCI, ITIL, ISO 27001 o equivalenti.
