We are looking for a Project Manager to lead packaging development projects in the watchmaking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the different phases of projects, including feasibility studies, development, and industrialization.
- Participate in gathering and formalizing technical requirements and defining project specifications.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the projects.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Ensure clear and effective communication and provide regular project reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the capitalization of best practices.
- Integrate innovation, technical performance, and sustainability considerations throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or an equivalent field (HES/EPF).
- Significant experience in project management within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of plastics engineering, polymer materials, and manufacturing/processing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in French with a minimum B2 level in English.
